Elokhaer's diary - extract I remember, back when I was still a toddler, I used to sit in front of the cold window's glass staring impatiently at the falling rain.
"There is always a rainbow after the storm", they promised. And I longed for the magical colors to conquer the sky. I waited and hoped.
I find myself waiting again. My soul has fallen into the darkness and it's wandering lost, yearning. A menacing storm roars into me, pouring rage and sorrow in wasting efforts to fill in the emptiness that now lies where you used to live.
They stole the colors of my soul, my beloved, and wrapped it in mourning blackness. Is this my punishment for being a thief; is this the curse that is bestowed on me?
"She is gone", they insist. But how can you be gone when I'm still left here? They don't know. They cannot understand.
So I wait.
I am fighting with the mocking thoughts that fill my wounded mind,
Memories - Part from story She is being dragged inside the room, her feet sweeping the floor 'till she is propped to stand straight. They release her from their grip and leave the room, not wanting to have anything more to do with this situation. She can feel their rejection, their judgmental eyes avoiding her like she is something disgraceful.
The woman's gaze turns upon her as she moves to face her, her eyes drained from every emotion that her role premises. She sighs. "What have you done, again?"
"Nothing", the fourteen year old girl mumbles and wipes her nose with her sleeve, leaving a clean trail across the dirt that is covering her face.
"Look at yourself", she narrows her eyes and her expression lets the girl know exactly what she feels; Repulsion.
